About The Programs
I've never worked out before, which program should I sign up for?

I haven't worked out in a while and am a member at a local gym. What program should I go with?
  • Depending where your fitness level currently is, or how long it's been, the Home SWEAT can be a good starting point. The goal would be to build up to the Gym SWEAT as you got back in the swing of things.

  • If it hasn't been too long, you used to go to the gym consistently, and have a solid foundation to work from, you can hop right into our Gym SWEAT program.

I have a home gym, and used to go to/sometimes go to a CrossFit gym in town. Is there a specific program that'd work best for me?
  • If your goal is to maintain/get in better shape our Gym SWEAT works great.

  • If you have goals to get better specifically at CrossFit, do better in the next Open, or compete in some local competitions, then we recommend our Dark Horse Basic Program.

I have been doing CrossFit for a few years, competed a bunch, and workout 5-6 days a week, sometimes twice a day.. Dark Horse Basic or Pro?
  • If you plan on taking classes at your Box or bouncing around between programs, then the Dark Horse Basic will be a great addition to training.

  • If you are serious about getting to the next level, tackling weaknesses, and are willing to dedicate he necessary time... Dark Horse Pro is for you. You will receive individualized programming, the ability to leave feedback & videos for coach to review and leave weekly (and many times daily) feedback. We also have a solid crew of badass athletes that get together on weekends (any DH Pro athlete is welcome to come), and share workout stories/strategies, bond over the mutual love for the sport, and of course talk a little smack to k eep it interesting
